Who we are
Helix Logic LLC ("Helix Logic," "we," "us") is based in Mountain View, California. This policy covers the helixlogic.ai website only, not the software or systems we build for clients under separate engagement agreements.
What this site collects
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate traffic, such as page views and referring sites. It does not use cookies or any other tracking script, and does not build a profile of you individually. This site also does not have a contact form. Fonts are self-hosted at build time rather than loaded from a third-party font service.If you click "Book a Call," you leave this site for Calendly to schedule a meeting. Calendly collects and processes your booking information under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review at calendly.com/privacy.If you email us directly at hello@helixlogic.ai, we receive whatever you choose to send us, the same as any email.
How we use what you send us
If you email us or book a call, we use the information you provide only to respond to your inquiry and, if it goes further, to scope and deliver a potential engagement. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers (like Calendly) you choose to use to reach us.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and engagement communications for as long as reasonably useful for business, tax, and legal record-keeping, then delete or archive them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@helixlogic.ai.
Changes to this policy
If what this site collects or how we use it changes, for example if we add analytics or a contact form, we will update this page and the date above.
